If a product does not serve you or bring you peace, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know.

The Process:
Because our products are handcrafted and personal (hygienic), we do not ask you to ship open jars back to us.

3. We will issue a Store Credit or Replacement to help you find the right ritual for your needs.

Note: For orders involving broken glass or damaged shipping, please include a photo so we can file a claim with our carrier.
